This is the archive for the concept of "serious wellness," also known as the Three-Legged Stool. The 3 legs are, of course: exercise, whole foods, and skilled relaxation.

We offer two companion books that will help your practice of wellness. Detailed instruction for how to practice the Three-Legged Stool in daily life is presented in the book "Recapturing Health" by Walt Stoll and Jan DeCourtney.
