I've had acne for a few years now and i've tried about EVERY pill out there to cure it, including accutane.
It came back of course.... I always had a feeling that acne was from an internal homeostasis disruption but didn't know how to explain it or what to do about it.
I started practicing SR about 3 months ago and I think I damn near perfected it TODAY.... ( That's prob. a record huh? :) )
I could COMPLETELY feel it.......... It felt like a 20 lb brick was lifted off my shoulders..
That's the best way I can describe it... It was weird !

Perhaps your testimonial will inspire others to do the work you have done and reap the benefits you have experienced.
This is so early I do not want you to be discouraged if you still occasionally have flareups for the next few months. They will not be as severe, last as long or come as often as they used to.
