Another B5 Endorsement

Hello all. - - I've tried numerous health products to help with acne and especially with my oily skin. I'm now using Dr. Stoll's approach and expect that it will get to the root of things. - - I know it's going to take awhile for me to see the results of this program on my face, so I was hoping to find something that would provide more immediate benefits. Well, I read here about using B5. I was quite skeptical but thought, "What the heck." I didn't find any evidence of large doses of B5 having many negative side effects (it can cause "the runs" though) and the cost was quite modest. - - - After only 5 days use, I am quite impressed. (I do recognize that this is too short a time period to make any absolute statements & I'll be curious to see how things hold up over the longer term.) There is a very significant reduction in the oiliness of my face. (I'd guess that it is 1/2 or 1/3 as oily as before taking B5.) I have experimented with dosages of from 7.5 to 10 gm per day and will slowly ramp that down after using stress reduction for a few months. - - So, if you have really oily skin, (like I 'normally' do), and have wondered about B5 you may want to give it a shot. Of course, listen to your body and how this or any supplement/medication effects you and take responsibility for your own personal health. Regards - -
