Summary of aging:
As the old saw goes: "There is an alternative to aging. Die young." The purpose of holistic medicine is to die at an advanced age but still functionally as young as possible. Dr. Friese's research has demonstrated (for 20 years) thata simple wellness program--as described on this BB-- not only extends life measurably but MUCH more significantly greatly improves the functionality of the last 1/3 of life.
