To Helping You, Walt and others: HGH Releaser

Posted by Sharlene on June 04, 2002 at 00:35:05:

Hi,

From the archives, I read that Walt does not suggest that a person take HGH, because of the potential "whoops" factor. I can appreciate that point of view.
However, my question is that there are products out on the market today that say that the product stimulates the glands to produce their own natural HGH. Does anyone know about this and does this aspect of it make it a safe prduct to take since it is not HGH itself?
Would greatly appreciate any help. I am in my early 40s and am noticing the elasticity of mine skin is lessening quite a bit. Would like to possibly reverse this to some degree if possible.

Thanks!

There are products called Secretogogues that help increase HGH. Some of them work, but I don't know about long-term usage. My IGF-1 went from 177 to 225 in a few months on a formula. Intense exercise and fasting is known to increase HGH and DHEA increases it as well. Since DHEA can be maxed out with a sterol/sterolin product such as Revivall or Moducare, it would make sense to try the conservative approach of increasing DHEA with SR and sterolins. Then, measure your hGH again (IGF-1) and see if the numbers increase. If not, the secretogogues may be worth a try. I'd only use the ones in powder form that get mixed in water. Tablets and sprays are sketchy. I can't vouch for the long-term safety of these but they are made only from amino acids. I hope this helps

From what I understand, the releasing of HgH is not harmful. Those products are called 'catalysts' and I know the one that I use helps your skin. My surgical scars are much lighter since I started using it. It's a powder that is mixed in water and consumed on an empty stomach for 5 days and then two days you let your body rest, and repeat. E-mail me and I'll send you a link to it.
