Hi Dr. Stoll,
My boyfriend's father had Parkinson's disease starting around age 70. If your father had Parkinson's, aside from practicing serious wellness, what supplements would you feel to be most important to prevent Parkinson's?
Thank you in advance for your response,
Sapphire

Hi, Sapphire.
1. A whole foods diet.
2. 6 tablets of "Perfect Food" daily. See the supplements archives for how to get them.
3. 3000 milligrams of omega 3s twice a day.
4. At least 100 milligrams of balanced vitamin B twice a day.
Let us know how he does.

Hi Dr. Stoll,
Just wanted to be sure of what you're saying.... is this your prescription to PRevent Parkinson's? (My boyfriend wants to reduce his chances of getting Parkinson's because of the possible genetic link due to his father having Parkinson's.) Is your prescription for prevention the same for someone who already has Parkinson's?
Thank you again for your reply,
Sapphire

Thanks, Sapphire.
You bet! At least until more is known.
