If one is in need of boosting hGH levels, why not just take GH-releasing vitamins & amino acids. While not as direct as getting an injection of hGH, wouldn't this be safer and more natural?
niacin
choline
B-5
L-arginine
L-lysine
L-glutamine
L-ornithine
glycine

How much are you suppose to take and is this a all in one supplement? Can supplementing with amino acids cause a depletion in the others. I know it does with the b vitamins.

Good question, Ken.
The answer is a qualified yes. I still know of no research showing that this raises GH in the blood or saliva of the person trying this approach.

I'm confused - you say it is a better approach than taking hGH directly, but then you say the naturals may not work? Pls advise.

Hi, Ken.
I mispoke if I said better. I meant better because they are safer, not because they were more effective.
Hope this helps.
