I have been wondering why it seems like women are going thru menopause at a much younger age now-than they use to.
Is it always true that high fsh means you need estrogen-cause estrogen produces hormonal symtems in me and feel better without it.

Hi, Denise.

ALL the diseases of aging are happening 10-20 years earlier now than they were just 50 years ago.

The home page article about stress helps explain why this is happening.

So far, wellness reverses this trend.
