I need your patience and the best way to control RA

We lost all of our information on all of the advice and supplements, minerals and cleanses to get rid of RA.

PLEASE be patient with those of us who are so sick.
Some of you wonderful people are so brilliant and I just can't keep up with it all.

Our last computer got zapped in a storm by a power surge, so it is like starting all over again being on-line and learning.

SO-if you have time and heart would you please tell me the way to get rid of or control RA?

I am ready and willing to do whatever is necessary.

and then, here's a link to S.H.A.P.E.'s website. He's a regular poster on this board who was diagnosed with RA. His website tells his story and how he worked his way to wellness.

It seems to me that I recall reading that Sherry Rogers had written a book about RA as well.

I'm sure you're aware that there is lots of great information on this website. It will take some time to get through, to be sure, so be patient with yourself while you're wading through.

This is the link to the DietNet website, where Robert McFerran had posted many chapters of book he had in progress about arthritis. I wasn't a poster on this board when Robert was, but from what I can tell he hasn't finished the book and is currently on hiatus. There might be some good info. there.

Try www.energizedwater.info. It works for chronic fatigue & fibro so it should help you too.
