It seems I am constantly sick with something...namely flem
in my chest area. I am constantly tired and out of breath. I
have anemia. I have garlic daily, eat organic foods, and I
don't drink or smoke. My symptoms appear to be candida
related yet my diet is pretty regulated, although I do eat
the same foods on consecutive days. I don't rotate my meals.
My weaknesses: 1 soda a day (which I haven't had in 2

Your most likely cause is hypersensitivity to something.
Your options for discovering the exact cause are:
1. See a good clinical ecologist.
2. In the meantime document as much of your daily surroundings as you can, including your exact diet, along with a side notation of your symptoms for the few weeks prior to seeing the doc. Take your record to the doc with you.
Your other options would be to practice serious wellness for 6 months and see if your bodymind can repair the cause.
