Hi Sue - I perform Kinesiology, which includes some "Energy" exercises that helps to get your energies (life force) flowing in the proper direction, which has "Greatly Helped" children and adults with dyslexia problems and its called "Cross Crawls". There's also a "Stress Relief Tool" that I use everyday as well that will help you. If you will start performing these two energy exercises, three or four times everyday, they will help to reverse your problems. Be sure to perform them just before you go on stage and I'm sure that you will notice a big difference. There are other energy "Tools" that you need to be using but they are to difficult to explain over the internet. Below are the instructions to these energy tools and just ignore what does not pertain to them. * S.H.A.P.E. *

The task of conveying all of the different Therapies/Treatments that put my Rheumatoid Arthritis and Candida Albican into remission is really a major undertaking. I didn't realize this until I started trying to do it. I have it all in my Mind and I just hope I can put it into the proper words to convey my story/program so that you Folks can understand it. I really want to help anyone I can, because no one knows better than I do what a Painful/Life-Threatening illness can do to make "LIVING" a completely unbearable experience. My Heart and Prayers go out to all of you who are suffering. Thank God that there are people like Dr. Stoll that care enough to spread the word about Alternative Medicine/Treatments and who wants to help others. I am into ENERGY MEDICINE big time (Kinesiology) because it works! I'm like the Bruce Lee of Alternative Health - if it works "Keep It" and if it doesn’t work "Get rid of it". We must begin with a practice that will actually correct and manipulate your energies – getting them to flow in the correct direction thereby “connecting or hooking-up” both hemispheres of your brain – then we can proceed to introduce a healthy Affirmation into your subconscious. How are we going to overcome an illness if our Minds are not the First Order of Work? The Mind controls the body. Every day at least three times per day do what is called "Cross Crawl". It's like marching - raise your right leg up and cross over with your left hand and touch your knee. Then raise your left leg and cross over with your right hand and touch your knee. Do this 30 times on each side. Next you want to say this Affirmation: "I will not be nervous when I go on stage to speak". Say this six times in a row while gently TAPPING with a finger on your Third Eye Chakra (between your eyes about one inch up your forehead). Do this as many times per day as you can remember - the more you do it - the quicker it will work. This will take 30 to 60 days to soak in - SO DON'T GIVE UP! This will also act as a short Meditation that will relieve some STRESS.
NOW TO THE STRESS RELIEF TOOL (SRT): I woke up this morning with a Throbbing Headache (my wife! - just kidding) and I used this tool to alleviate it - it worked great! This tool will work when you feel stressed-out or upset about something/someone, feel like you can't think straight, or can't get a problem off your mind. The underlying cause of these feelings is that you have drained about 80% of the blood out of your head – and that's a lot of blood to lose. The SRT will bring it back (It's Like Magic). There is a spot/bump over each of your eyes about two inches above your eyebrow. These are called frontal eminences - Gently hold these two spots on your forehead and CONTINUE to think about your problem - It might take five or ten minutes but you will start to feel a PULSE/HEAT at these spots. This means that the lost blood is returning – let up when you feel that the insurmountable problem has diminished. This practice is actually a normal reaction to a stressful problem – inasmuch as the usual response is to put our hand on our forehead and say: "OH NO". The SECRET is to HOLD these spots until the problem disappears. You can do this as much as needed and you can do it to others when they are upset over something/someone.

Hi Sue,

I overcome the problem by doing as much as I can in advance: visit the room where the meeting will be held one or several times in advance, go early to make sure things are set up, read books about how to lead meetings, write down the agenda for the meeting and think things through about how the meeting will go, anticipate in advance any problems that might arise, etc.

Best wishes,
Happygal

Thanks, Happygal.

Of course this will all help, too. People with this problem need to understand that they would not have been asked to speak if they did not already know more about the subject than anyone else in the room.

THEN, never be afraid to say that you do not know. ANYONE who dose that immediately has the support of the whole room!

Namaste`

Walt
