Dear Dr Stoll
I over amped on meth almost a year ago i have been having these attacks every since the doctor says that are panick and anxiety attacks due the the drugs i have been taking medicine but nothing seems to help im always afraid im going to die is this true? my chest starts hurting and i feel tingling and numbness my ears ring i get dizzy and lightheaded. I always feel like im having a heart attack can these cause you to have a heart attack please help me.

Hi, Tina.
One of the scary things that have been established (to my satisfaction) is that any drug (prescription mood-altering drugs as well) use (especially in early life) can cause permanent changes in brain chemistry.
You can improve what you have left by going to the brain chemistry archives and starting practicing serious wellness at once.
Let us know what you learn and how you do. This is not hopeless but it is going to take effort to dig yourself out of this hole. Your anternative is living the rest of your life like this and worse.
