Trembling hands

I've always had trembling hands since little. My parents took me to several doctors and they all said nothing was wrong. I am 38 now and is getting worse, however, when I have a drink or take certain medicines it temporarily stops. What worries me is that my 6 yr old daughter has it too. I would greatly appreciate your comments.

Blanca.

Hi, Blanca.

This is a congenital and genetic tremor. Because of the rapidly increasing pollutants in the environment, this will likely bother your daughter much more than it has you and worsen earlier in life.

High doses of antioxidents, essential oils (see homepage article) and 100 milligram balanced B complex, together, would help a lot. The genetic part just means that you both need a lot more of these substances, than most people, for normal brain function.

There has been an awful lot learned about brain chemistry, within the past 2 years. It would behoove you to keep up with the progress in this area so as to implement beneficial reforms as soon as they are discovered.

A good Orthomolecular Physician would be on top of this stuff as would a Clinical Ecologist. See the glossary for any unfamiliar terms.

ALSO, the regular practice of SR will help remove metabolic burdens from brain function.

Once you have this information under your belt, if you still have questions, write again.

As you both improve, please share your experiences with the BB participants. This problem is becoming much more common. If you want to know why, you might look at a copy of my book and/or the article on the home page about "Modern Medical Interpretation of Stress"

Walt
