ADULT ADHD IS THIER NATURAL HELP ?

My friend at work was diagnosed with adhd adult. He told me his doctor prescibed straterra. i looked up side effects and its pretty scary. Can someone tell me what i can recomend to this friend. thanks jerry

I know of many people, mainly kids, who improved these problems by identifying sensitivities/allergies, and avoiding all of them.

Jerry, Our 13 yr. old grandson has had ADHD since he's 3. We tried many of the drugs, it made him like a zombie. Recently, the past 3 mos. we have tried something called Neu-Be-Calm. experiment with removing all gluten and dairy from his diet and increase intake of omega 3 fats and protein.

I'd love to know how he was "diagnosed" as there is no true test or
set of tests. It's a diagnoses of elimination. So my guess is he has a
low attention span because (if this is the case) he is bored or, he
simply needs to learn more organization skills - hardly a disease or
condition.
