Rib Pain/Lymph Node???

Hello,
Let me start off by telling you I am a very nervous 25 yr old, I suffer with panic disorder and anxiety attacks. I have been a constant worrier since I was little. Anyway, for the past 3 months I have been worse and worrying about everything under the sun. It started when I found a bump under my ear that about 5 drs confirmed was a lymph node that was most likely caused by the severe excema behind my ear. I am guilty of touching it and I know from your advice that you aren't supposed to touch it. That is tough though. So I did the bad thing & looked things up on the internet. Of course all those sites have you in your grave - and about 2 weeks ago I was rubbing my collarbone area & I found another one. I saw my ENT and he told me that if I dug around I would probably find more. It is really small and moveable. So this leads me to my next issue ... I did a lot of strenuous activity last weekend (helped my boyfriend move, etc.) and immediately after my whole back was sore and my ribs in the front (right under my bra wire) were tender they felt like they was a bruise there - but no visible bruise. well a week later I still feel it - not to the extent I did last week - and I have to press hard to make it hurt - do you think my constant poking is slowing the healing process or is there something that is wrong with me other than some pulled muscles. I would appreciate your advice, I know I must sound like a nut. Sorry for the long post.
