fatigue/difficulty in concentration

Posted by foo mang on March 18, 2002 at 06:59:16:

My head feels very stuffy, sometimes it has a strange sensation like my brain has been replaced with cotton. I find it difficult to concentrate. So I think perhaps I have fatigue? Am I right? Any advice?

I feel the same way! My head is very stuffy and there's pressure in my nose. Yet my nose is very clear, no sniffles, and I've been irrigating my nose regularly because I'm prone to sinus infections. This doesn't feel like a sinus infection. Could this be what a "head cold" is - just feeling not quite right? Should we take a decongestant even though it may not feel like it's needed?

Hi, foo and hw.

It is impossible to tell without an examination but this sounds to me like "Brain Fag".

See the archives about brain chemistry.

Without any further evaluation, my best recommendation would be serious wellness while you can still think clearly enough to do it.
