MUSCLE TESTING

Posted by Tim to HY, all on June 06, 2002 at 05:43:19:

Is there any merit to such testing to determine sensitivity to certain foods, supplements, etc. or mainly voodoo?

Hi Tim - I'm into kinesiology and I use muscle testing religiously everyday and find it 99% accurate. Those who say it doesn't work are those who don't understand how to get their "ENERGY" flowing in the proper direction before performing the test. You must do the Cross Crawls and the Five Thumps before performing the muscle testing. People are taking supplements and consuming foods and drinks without realizing that they are allergic to many of them so how could they ever expect to regain their health as long as they continue to consume product which is causing an allergic reaction in them. I have helped so many people with allergy problems by just teaching them how to muscle test to find out if this or that supplement is causing a negative or allergic reaction to their energy field. The same goes for energy exercises - if you don't realize that -yes, you do have an energy field all aroud you and that you need to keep it built up just as you do your phyical body - that it will also deteriorate. The stronger your energy field is - the healthier you will be so alternative health covers all aspects of health if you want to live a healthy and happy life. Go to my web site www.angelfire.com/wv2/shape - then go to the left and click on "Official SHAPE Documentation" - then click on "Allergies/Muscle Testing" this will teach you how to perform the cross crawls and the five thumps. You also should take the supplement, etc. out of it's container and hold it in your hand for a more accurate test - I have found that many people are allergic to whatever kind of container the supplement is stored in. I hope this info helps you because muscle testing will be a big part of our "FUTURE" alternative health care system! * Rick *

when I muscle test with someone else, it works like a charm, but if I try to use some of the solo muscle testing techniques, it doesn't seem to work?

I'm an Ecological Kinesiologist not a doctor.

Of course wouldn't you know your drawing the kinesiologist out of the wood work. Thanks for putting it so well Rick!

I've been doing Kinesiology for 20 years and it is very effective and accurate if a person doing it comes from a balanced state like Rick said; I worked for Dr. Stoll for several years and had great results with people who followed the plan that there body guided to, thru the testing. I do a lot of long distant readings also and walk people thru there test once they receive it in the mail. They are handed a computor print out of all the results we found for there body to move into wholeness. The test encompuses what they are eating, drinking, breathing, skin products used, exercise, meditation [are they getting to a balanced state often enough for there healing], Acid-Alkaline balance and suppliments and much more, very extensive;
Now i can pretty much feel the answer before hand and i double check the long distant readings with the testing on another person. Most kinesiologist, i think develop a natural intuition after years of doing it.
I love it and love to see a person get in touch with there own body, which is what we do together as i'm testing. Even though i'm pretty much in tune with my own body, i still get a reading done once a year at least to see how i'm doing and to see if i need to re adjust anything; Recently thru the testing, i found i was dehydrated and boy i'm so grateful for that peice of the puzzle, feel 100% better;
I've been following a program to hydrate the body.

I guess i look at it this way, there is so much information out there and everyone is a unique individual and needs different suppliments and different food plans and using kinesiology you can hone right in and find the pieces of your own puzzle. Confussion doesn't work for me. Food Allergies, yes they can be found thru using it, have lots of testimonies to that. I find once a person stays off the things the had problems with for a certain length of time, they usually can go back to some of the foods, if not all periodically. Not always though, but most. Try it, you might like it, be open minded a little. Read our web page www.wellbeingranch.org about it. Good luck!

Different people feel comfortable doing the testing different ways. I think it is whatever your most in tune with that feels comfortable for you. I use the heart to do all my testing from, for the whole body. Both the client and myself get conected there first before we start.
What works for one person doesn't work for another within doing the testing either, i guess it is what every resinates with you. Practice makes perfection they say though.

Thanks, Terri-Lynn.

As you know, this kind of testing goes directly from the muscle to the result (message) with absolutely no conscious involvement from either the person being tested or the person doing the testing. This is why some people can do this accurately and others cannot--regardless of the quality of the training.

One link in this chain can be cut out by using a sensitive muscle testing machine from a sporting goods store to do the testing. However, this is still not foolproof unless the person doing the testing--and being tested--can cut out their ego from the results.

Namaste`

Walt

All you are saying is you do not believe in your inner physician within side yourself; You will need to continue to make Doc's your higher power over following your heart;

I see a chiro that does muscle testing and she does take the supplements out of the container. But does not do the cross crawl or tap. When I take what she says i need i feel worse. Tryto test myself and says I don;t need what she says. Confused. Your documents at your site I can not open RIck.
