In INDIA marrow transplantation is a too critical and expensive treatment
Madication are not so advanced also.
In lack of good financial condition Iam n’t in position to bear the expenditure of BMT.

Hi, Vishal.
As you must know by now: THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS CONDITION with no really effective conventional (allopathic) treatment.
A pregnancy at this time would likely be fatal to both her AND the fetus. Contraception would be a LOT less dangerous to her than a pregnancy. Coitus is not a problem other than for the risk of pregnancy.
Go to the archives about AA and learn what you can.
THEN, if you still have questions, write again.
By the way, Ayurvedic Medicine (India is the birthplace of this healing philosophy) would be a LOT more effective for treating this than Allopathic Medicine.
