Hi
Well after spending thousands on supplements over a 3 year period and listening to every other person's idea of what worked for them I simply returned to my favorite health food store and the owner and I talked briefly and he said "keep it simple and eat foods as close to how God made them".
I bought a small book there The Bible Cure for Arthritis , by Dr, Don Colbert, Md from Orlando. He is the personal doctor of Pastor Benny Hinn and Dr, John Hagee.
I wasnt taking as much C as I needed or glcosomine/chondrotin plus I need to add a few he mentions.
BUT I got the most delicious organic vegetables, greens and fruits and trail mix. All week I had the best salads.
I have been juicing carrots. Eating juicy fruits and taking Barley Green.
I ost 100 pounds doing this. So I just returned to what my body loves.
All the swelling and pain is gone and I can stand straight because my knees just feel stronger.
I increased my water intact.
Got in the sunlight.
Have been lifting light weights and walking a little.
But the biggest thing for me is that we travelled to see old friends and churches and so many people prayed with me.
I am a missionary and christian and God simply showed me what to do.Because I asked God to show me what to do and I also contacted old, dear friends that love me.
I have no side effects. Have been resting and I have hope.
I also re-read the 4 blood type book again and found some things I was eating are poison for me: dairy, meat.
I kept my diet so strict all week long that I just knew it was impossible to hurt.
I also had salmon 2 times.
I had a chiropractic adjustment and my one leg is longer than the other and has been and I had fallen a month ago and my back needed an adjustment.
I also made one big poster of priorities to do daily and I am healed and well and getting better and I am not a sick person anymore.
I was growing weary of so much information and although it is interesting. I believe what works for one will not work for another and I had to find the answer because the pain was too negative for me.
We also put lots more fun and laughter into our marriage and had a wedding anniversary and went to a 4 star luxury hotel and fell in love all over.
Ha That will cure anything

Hi Lovebird,
I'm a big believer in prayer for healing. I have been
healed many times for different illnesses from prayer.
God uses many different avenues. Sounds like life is
better for you! Congratulations on your wedding
anniversary!!!
Thanks for sharing!

Thanks
So many friends kept saying "It will be God that will heal you completely."
So I went to 2 services last week and the power of God was sostrong and the men of God so anointed that my whole body felt better instantly.
I travelled to 35 nations as a missonary and have known the
Lord all my life so it was time to put my faith in action.

Well we have a miracle here.
Tonight we went to a church and the music was so beautiful and the worship too, the pastor asked me if I could walk up to the front of the church.
I always used a wheelchair there.
But I got up and walked up and he asked me to walk as much as I could and suddenly I began to walk around and arounad the church swinging my arms.
I had't been able to do that is 3 years.
the people were so happy.
I feel so good.
This is truly a miracle.

Congratulations, Lovebird!
I know you have heard of the saying: "The Lord helps those who help themselves."
Now, while you are doing so well, is the ideal time to continue learning aboht what causes this condition and continue to make the Lord's job easier by doing what YOU can to remove the burdens from your body that helped bring this on.
Let us know how you do.
Walt

I find it hard to believe that you lost 100 pounds in one week.

I don't think she lost 100 pd in a week. I remember her
mentioning that before. It was a weight lose of 100 pds
being on the diet and juicing a year ago or so..
I think....
