Hi Walt, I am terrible at providing links. If you paste this and bring up the page, it will provide a list of all glucosamine side-effects. The third point down talks about glucosamine POSSIBLY increasing ones chances of developing insulin resistance. Again, I am trying to locate the original sources/studies for this.

Sure...you just get rid of the http:// that's in the optional link URL box at the bottom of the message...then paste your own link there and give it a name underneath where it says link title :)

I was taught over the Internet, on this board on how to post a link. Unfortunately, sometimes the don't work too well.
You copy and paste the link under Optional Link URL, and then type a meaninful link title, click submit follow up and it should work. Prior to doing this, I normally paste it into the address on top part of the screen and test out the link. Hope this helps.
