Just a nugget:
Remember the progression: chronic suppressed stress effect--> bracing (with extra strain on muscle attachments to the bones)--> LGS and food hypersensitivities (with resultant added inflammatory response at the muscular and tendinous attachments to the bones --> tendonitis and fibromyositis (depending on the genetic susceptibility of the individual)--> and, finally, arthritis.

Thank you for putting it in such consise language. I wish I had known and understood this years ago. I feel like I could be the poster child for this. I am grateful to you and the holistic MD that I see for identifying it and putting me on the path to recovery.
