For Dr. Stoll-Rheumatoid arthritis

Posted by lovebird [6.2182] on March 16, 2006 at 00:22:42:

Dear Dr. Stoll:
I was reading Brooks Bradley's report on RA in the archives and his recommendation for CMO and Same.
I saw in another archive that you mention what is good for LGS is good for RA.I hear the word dispiosis..is that the same as LGS?
What in your opinion is the best routine to get to the cause of RA and keep it as under control as possible.

Thank you,
Lovebird

Do you mean dysbiosis?

Hi, Lovebird.

Listen to Naya.

Once the arthritic principle has spilled over, from the beginning arthritic mechanism (LGS) to RA, now autoimmune considerations also have to be done. Those archives also contain helpful concepts.

Replacing the normal bacterial population (reversing dysbiosis) and preparing the garden with L-glutamine, and omega 3s, etc. will help this along. Additional mechanisms must wait until your response to things like this are apparent.

Are you doing underwater aerobics?

Are you becoming a student of hypersensitivity factors and carefully eliminating those items from your environment (food, of course is the easiest)?

How is your certified effective SR coming along and for how long have you been doing it at least twice a day?

Walt

Walt:
Thanks
I have conquered some.
The pool is very hard for me to get in and out of(almost impossible with my husband's help) so I do the exact same exercises I did in the pool lying down 20 reps of a long sheet prepared for me by a physical therapist, then I do the same on my deck outside in the fresh air, I follow up with a mid walk in the sun then a DVD. I feel very relaxed and stretched out.

I did reverse the dybiosis immediately in 99 and followed up with testing that came out perfect showing no yeast, fungus, candida (did that last year again).

We do the Omega 3's daily, with excellent supplementation , smoothies rich with protein, oil, vinegar, MSM , yogurt with fruit.

Our diet has improved and cleaned up dramatically.
As well as our environment.

The certified SR I have to read up on. I have loads of CDS with ocean breezes, forest sounds, birds and am very laid-back and chilled out..I don't know If I qualify for the Alhpa Theta stuff...ha it sounds like a fraternity...have to work on that but we do lie down and listen to CDs and relax well and sleep great.

I listen to Dr. Richard Becker a DO in the morning and he says this every day "dybiosis is the beginning of every sickness and illness."....he says "probiotics" constantly to every caller who calls in with a long list of ailments.

Thanks. I love learning.

Thanks, Lovebird.

I hate to have to say this but have you ever considered an apparatus for getting into and out of the heated pool? Certifying your SR I think is critical for you.

There is a pool here that we can join. Yes I have been in those things...I thought I was being thrown like a pumpkin toss or something...I could not stop laughing. We met in Florida and love pools. So I will join.

My main concern is...as I go about my daily, weekly round of discipline which I must say takes a lot of strength and determination...when I want to get to the root cause of RA and OA (OA came from being very sporty, I use to walk 8 miles a day on these knees and they are bone on bone) is it bad bacteria I am after?
I listen to this DO in the morning who says dysbiosis is the root cause, the beginning setting our bodies up for illness. So do I address that vigorously?

Another question? After losing 150 pounds and applying what I learned here. I found a DO and did those tests that are sent off White Smokies...for stool, urine, blood, allergies, fungus, candida, yeast and everything was free and clear but allergy to mushrooms was high.

During those last 6 years as I got deathly ill from side effects the medical doctors checked everything too, stress tests (2), blood pressure always cool, no cholesterol, colon clear...all that mess. All of that ws clear.
I feel that I passed all of those because I was so active.
So does all that matter? What do I go after once a year or 3 times a year?

I have a neat medical story for you. I was a writer in Philly and we had a PR meeting downtown in a medical school lab classroom the kind with high seats and the teacher was down in front....well...so gross we had snacks and stuff and in the classroom was a body covered with a sheet....fake but so gross

Also I don't know if I told you I met the White House pediatrician...Dr. Margaret Mary Nicholson, what a trip, 85 and loved me, picked me out to hang out with for 2 weeks at a prayer conference overlooking the Potomac. She told me stuff that was so neat about medical schools and why she would pick one applicant over another...a really neat lady.

Doesn't that impress you about my medical background? Ha I was an assistant PR director of a hospital once too...ha

Ok over and out
Lovebird

I got silly and off track there...

I just want to say that I would not be alive if it wasn't for this BB.
Let me write about it up top of here for all to read.
But I want to make sure as I go along that all the good positive things I apply and will apply will lengthen my life and my organs won't die and all that negative stuff I heard in 99.
I was told I'd be in a wheelchair for life.
So down to the cell level and the nitty-gritty if I address that level we can't go wrong? Right?

It is a lot to grasp for me an active, never sick person to grasp all of this.

Lovebird

I've had great experience with the product linked below for both me and my dog. It has probably saved my dog's life, as her condition is immune-mediated and there are very few things that help. I did give it away from food and with an enzyme that contained lipase.

Lovebird,

Thanks for the fun story about your past medical experiences. I am not very impressed, though that all these docs did not tell you that the very LAST thing that someone with your problems, and especially your "bone on bone" condition, you should be doing is walking. This is the whole purpose of underwater exercises: to avoid weight bearing exercise!

SIGH!

Walt

Hi Lovebird,
have you ever had knee implants?
have you considered that at all?
Also,
has any product ever helped your knee pain?
Thanks
