okay. Here it goes. lets see if my studying payed off. it seems that my muscularskeletal problems: popping, snapping, pain, stiffness, calcium deposits, and my digestive problems and weight loss were all caused by the same mechanism. Doesn't matter weather it's Fibromyalgia, arthritis, calcium deposits, tendonitis, it is all stages of them same disease process. But, is autoimmunity in a class of its own or is this part of the picture? That I missed!

My problems would then be caused directly by chronic bracing, indirectly by LGS.

So, to treat, I would need to eliminate food sensitivity to stop the CIC's. I would need to eat a whole foods diet and eat according to Metabolic Type. I would need to practice SR 20 minutes 2x a day. I would need to get my biomechanics back in order through rolfing, chiropractic, yoga, stretching, and/or posture improvement.

Not worried about eliminating candida. Already did it. Testing confirmed. Thank goodness for that. need to fix LGS to stop candida from coming back.

Please let me know if I missed anythng. I do have a few questions though. i am hoping you can clarify for me. It is in regards to grains, nuts, seed, legumes. I believe that these foods have to be prepared in a special way so that the anti-nutrients and phytates are neutralized. Do you know what to do?

Also, damage is done during the arthritic process. I have no movement restrictions and no errosion of joints,...YET!! I would like to avoid ever getting that far. Doing what I said above sounds like the answer. However, I would like to start undoing damage already done. Is there any supplementation that I should consider or any special therapies? I know that chelation can remove calcium deposits so that is a plus.

Testing has shown that I have an autoimmune thyroid condition. ever heard of it or know what causes it? My digestion is improving but my protein is still putetrafying. I would like to stop this process too but don;t know how. ok, I am asking too many quesitons in one post. let me know how I did. :)

I'm not a doctor but an Intuitive Ecological kinesiologist;

I thought i would respond also to a few things; I have found that Bernard Jensen's Iodine, liquid dulse really helps the thyroid, can buy in health stores some times; We have seen great results with it; Dr. Stoll might remember how much we recommended it in his clinic when i was working for him anyway; The other suppliment that i have found for some of these symptoms are MSM and TwinLab's Bone support;

On Grains; I'm always exploring these areas; The essence grains are best -like amaranth, quoina, teff, millet and the rice and perhaps small amounts of rye; Watching out on Glutton grains for your symptoms or none at all for awhile until 99% better; You can sprout grains and i have and made my own heavy bread-and i mean heavy, but healthy-ha! Some soak the grain awhile before cooking it; Legumes are best to sprout because of the P.H. balance, they turn an acid food into an alkaline one and are easyier to digest; Seeds, if a probelm soak them and also nuts-mainly almonds we soak; I find the intestine's need to be functioning well if one does not sprout some of these things or grind them well; Sounds like your on a great path and helping others along the way i see; Thanks!

T-L,

your mention of Heavy breads reminds me of a cake my mom
used to make that was really heavy and good. Made every
other cake taste wimpy. I don't know why it was called,
sherbert cake and the first day it didn't have the weight.
Makes great bread pudding.

Hi, Rich.

Listen to Terri-Lynn (Thanks, Terri-Lynn!)

You have an extraordinary understanding of the mechanisms and the way to go about reversing the problem. I do not know if you will be able to reverse ALL of the damage to your joint surfaces but you will be able to improve them and prevent MORE damage.

Auytoimmunity is a progression of the causes beyond the initial stuff you have listed. Now the immune system is involved whereas, in the beginning, most of the process was structural. We will deal with that later IF it does not resolve itself.

I do not know about the special preparation of the seeds, grains or legumes. Terri-Lynn has made some suggestions and likely would have more if you asked her nice (grin).

Chelation is NOT likely to help and glucosamine sulfate (750 milligrans twice a day), along with MSM and the essential fats, probably would help reverse some of the damage.

Namaste`

Walt

Thank you very much for the suggestions. I will try them. I also found a book at Dr. Weston Price's website that tells how to do some of what you suggested. I will try the iodine (with my naturopath's help on dosage). Thnaks
