Hi, vikki.

Spondylitis is caused by the same process as all inflammatory arthridites. See the archives about arthritis, LGS. bracing and Robert McFerran's diet (for those who do not remember, Bob had a terminal case of Rheumatiod Arthritis [exactly the same mechanism as spondylitis only a lot worse] and cured himself with the 3-legged stool recommended on this BB). He then went beyond what I knew (the goal of any good teacher is for the student to exceed the grasp of the teacher) and is writing a book about the effect of diet on RA.

Let us know what you learn.

Walt
