This info reminds me of a book I read a couple of years ago (in Barns n Noble, but I forgot the title and the author's name) which is also about the bad things of an artifical sweetener used in diet soda. The woman who wrote the book suffered hell because of her drinking of diet soda. Just a thought.

For those readers who have interstital cystitis, my urolgist now tells all of his patients to stop using neutrasweet. He says he's had a number of spontaneous remissions due to this. He says he makes less money, but he has happier patients. Neutrasweet is a terrible bladder irritant.

Anyone know anything about SomerSweet as opposed to NutraSweet? It's made with Maltitrol and Inulin (FOS).

Thanks, Beth.
I am really glad to see conventional physicians catching on!

Hi, Cheezi.
No info. People doing the PWFD would have to avoid this because it would be metabolized just like sugar in the krebs cycle.

A story that you will not believe. I was diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis) the 15th of May this past year. I have now this past week found out that my MS might have been a missed diagnosis. There is a chemical(aspartame) that you and I bet even Montel is or has put in your bodies. I stopped putting this chemical in my body Friday (Sept 20th) afternoon. I am now not slurring when I was slurring 5 to 7 times an hour. I am no longer dizzy when I was using a cane just to walk to my car. This is big, real big, so big I fear for my life and that of my family. I was considering contacting 20/20, 60 minutes, or even Oprah. I am not sure what to do here. My sister told me to contact Montel. It is now 4:30 in the morning here. I am wide awake thinking about this and the people that have been told that they are sick and have been taking daily or weekly shots for this and all they have to do is to stop taking this chemical( aspartame). Some are blind and can't hear. Mine didn't seem so bad when I saw what they are going thru. I will even bet that you know someone that is having the same symptoms or similar. There is a list of these that will blow your mind.

Thanks, Joni.
You BET I would believe!
Statistically, about 90% of all MS diagnoses are now found to be wrong at autopsy. Since the allopathic monopoly has no effective treatment for true MS I do not understand why everyone does not treat theirs as though it was caused by environmental chemicals in genetically susceptible people.
What possible harm?
