My mother had a stroke last week that caused one-sided arm and leg paralysis and loss of speech. Anybody have any suggestions for treating her at this stage? Conventional medicine seems to have little to offer.

Hi, Tonia.
Well, it is a little late for wellness although practicing as much of that as she can will help prevent the next one.
Chelation will also go a long way to prevent the next stroke with this kind of stroke (thrombotic).
Intensive Physical Therapy (learn from each session so it can be done at home at least once a day) is the best way to get back what she has lost.
