Hi, Renee.

I agree with cc.

This is at least some type of inflammatory condition of your connective tissue. These are most commonly an autoimmune type of reaction and commonly follow pregnancy.

See the archive about autoimmunity.

If I knew what part of the country you live in I might know someone personally.

Walt

I live in the Dallas area and I would be happy to see a doctor as long as I know I can trust him to be helpful. I just haven't had much luck with doctors in the past. I will look up the info in the archive you referred me to. Thanks for your help.

Renee

Thanks, Renee.

My suggestion would be for you to call my son at the DO medical school in Fort Worth. Tell him I suggested you call and you need someone who will take you seriously, has complementary medical training and experience and knows about autoimmune causes of connective tissue disease.

Since I do not know anyone there, personally, I am hoping that he will.

He is an Associate Professor of the Department of Manipulative Medicine at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas AND the Founder and Director of the SMART Institute of Texas. He can be reached at (817) 735-0212.

Hope this helps.

Walt
