I have been diganoised with Baker's Cyst. I have read your answers to questions posted. Very helpful. I also have a symptom where mw knee "pops" sometime when I am walking. What does that sound like to you? Am I better off to opt for surgery and get this over with sooner?

Hi, Terry.
The popping is due to intra-articular pathology and the "cyst" is secondary to that.
First, you need an accurate diagnosis, as to what the intra-articular pathology is, and then go from there. Until that is done, in my opinion, surgery would be premature.
Any competent physician can make the probable diagnosis just by manipulating the knee.
Hope this helps.

Put a castor oil pack on the knee and see if that helps. See edgar cayce yahoo groups for more information.
