I'll hazzard a guess that it's a Baker's Cyst. See the Glossary and the Archives for more on Baker's Cysts, where they come from, what to do about them, etc. than you probably want to know.

Hope this helps!

See the Glossary and the Archives for more on Baker's Cysts

There is nothing in the archives pertaining to the symptoms, nothing I spent days reading them all, the only symptom mantioned was where Dr Stoll said 'pain downt the leg' big deal, I could of told u that, Im sure theres more to it than that.

Hi, Jeanine

One of those nights of insomia. Did you try the archives posted February 1999 by Susan. I've done my homework, Dr Stoll?

Went to the internet and located this address:

Good Luck

Thanks Paulette!

Such a nice diagram of a normal knee and one and with a Baker's Cyst. I'll probably add a link to it in the Glossary to help folks understand and identify Bakers Cysts.

Thanks again!

Hi, Anne

The photo does show difference, however, there's more information available on that site other than the photos. Click on subjects underneath the photo for more information.

It's no joke, sorry you see it that way.
