I have had an MRI, xray, and a doppler. I do not have arthritis, blood clots or any torn cartilage.
For now, my Dr. recommends doing nothing, since it is healing on its own.
I do Yoga and work out with a trainer. At this time, I can't do any squats till the knee heals, which it is healing.
I was wondering if taking glucosamine would help in any way?
Thanking in you advance for your opinion

Hi Leontine,
Did you get any info from the Baker's Cyst archives? If it's healing by itself, that sounds great.
Best wishes,
Jan

Hi, Leontine.
Probably. Remember that our currently available diagnostic techniques are hopelessly primitive and your arthritis will probably not be advanced enough for 10 years to show up on our tests. A Baker's says that you have been given an advanced warning of your impending arthritis and you need to begin doing somethimg about it now! See the archives and use the glossary for any unfamiliar terms.
