I don't believe that cooking makes veggies acidic, whether fresh or frozen.
Most fruits and vegetables are alkaline, some more than others, and some are close to neutral.
Banana, pineapple, and apple, all seem to me to be close to neutral and will not affect the pH much.
There are many foods acid/alkaline charts on the internet, and almost all of them are different.
I've found that tomato is acid, whether it's fresh or cooked. Cranberry, pomegranate, blueberry and blackberry are all acidic forming fruit.
Citrus fruit are acidic going into the body but are very alkaline forming in the body.
