biofeedback question

Posted by axle [1104.218] on January 31, 2006 at 10:20:06:

I've been doing sr for about a month and I would now like to be sure it is certified through a biofeedback "specialist". How many sessions can I expect to go to before this happens? I don't want to spend $$ needlessly!

Hi, Axel.

85% of SR practitioners only need one session. Adjustments by the therapist (should they be needed) should produce (85% results with the 15% that is left).

This means that more than 98% of people would not need more than 2 sessions. For those, they had best buy a good GSR machine (see the archives for where to look)and when they have developed a reliable SR method resell it on EBay or something like that.

Walt
