biofeedback

Hi

I am suffering from interstitial cystitis and would like to try biofeedback. Is there any biofeedback therapists in Ireland, more specifically in the West of Ireland. If I cannot find a therapist, is there any way I can practice this on my own. I am really anxious to try this treatment.

Brenda

Hi, Brenda.

I remind you that MY suggestion is total body SR. However using the "U-CONTROL Pelvic floor trainer" will focus on the exact area which will eventually lead to your getting total body SR. You can contact the company that makes this biofeedback trainer at u- control,pelvicfloortrainer16076.html OR (800) 521-4640.

They should also be able to tell you if there is anyone in your area who would know how to use the device.

You can also contact www.biofeedback.net/aapb.org for names of biofeedback teachers.

Let us know how you do.

Walt
