Dr.Stoll -- Helping You -- Anyone?? LGS -- E. Coli number on test?? Biofeedback??

Thanks for your input. I guess I need that to stay
focused as I don't have a very good support system in
all this!

What would really help is to have some medical help
(personal medical help that you are willing to pay for).
Dr. Stoll, do you do referrals? I live in the Idaho /
Montana / Utah area if you know anyone that I might go
to without paying hundreds of dollars and wasting lots
of time to find someone. I would call you for coaching,
however, I'd prefer face to face if I can find it.

What about the 4+ e-coli number on my CDSA. Any
concerns or comments. Is that normal? It did show
imbalanced.

I have been doing SR 2x per day for about 6 months
and 1x a day for the year previous -- However, not sure if
I'm reaching proper levels and don't know how to have
tested. Is there a way to test myself, or how do I find a
place to do the testing?

I have such a busy life. A husband that works in our
home and that I help... I'm an older parent with an
active 4-year old and had I wanted to be a doctor, I
would have gone to school to do that. I am good at
LOTS of things -- but there must be someone out there
that has gone through what I have, or knows enough to
help me without tons of medication. I'd rather not
re-invent the wheel to research what's wrong with me
and solve it. I'd rather pay someone else for their
expertise and use my expertise where it's best
used.......I need to do SR 5x a day just to balance out the
stress that all this research causes!!

HY -- You know I'm just a really sensitive person and
maybe 10x worse results would have killed me. This is
really hard for me, even though my test results don't
show it. It's hard to be so sensitive throughout your life.
I need a badge on my chest that says, "Oh, you're just
too sensitive!" as if I could change that! My
doctor tells me I'm not sick and acts as though I'm a
hypochondriac (even though she only ever saw me
twice in her life)!! I've only seen a doctor once a year for
a yearly women's exam for the past 30 years (except for
having an operation to help me to become pregnant
and a c-section to deliver). Yep, that's a hypochondriac
if I've ever seen one!! My family doesn't get it either --
but something is really wrong -- test or not and it's hard
to fix something when you don't even know what's
broken. OK, let's say it is LGS -- but I've been really
good for the past 6 months and have seen no relief. Do
I have to be 100% perfect on everything to get over this?
I guess that might take some more time..... and a better
support system to help me get through this!!

Thanks for the input on the ulcers. Guess I could start
there........

my computer has been loading very slowly. Can you re-post the MICROBIOLOGY section again so i can see the e.coli you are talking about. E.coli is a normal resident of the GI tract so unless it is a potentially pathogenic species, this seems odd to me.

I know how you feel. Especially about being "sensitive". That may be allowing you to brace more often than someone that is more "middle-of-the-road" with that. My fiance is VERY sensitive so I know all too well.....I used to think that there was something MAJORLY wrong with me and symptoms would be developing all the time. After more than $10,000 in testing, NOTHING could be diagnosed but I was SURE something was wrong. I had arthritis, low blood sugar, anxiety attacks, dizziness, weight loss, chronic pain in every muscle/joint in my body, severe fatigue and more. What I discovered was, yes I DID have some things going on,...mostly poor nutritional status, a deficiency of benefical bacteria and and severe dysbiosis but nothing LIFE THREATENING yet I MADE IT OUT to be life-threatening. The only diagnosis that fits these symptoms is LGS caused by SEVERE chronic bracing. I did remedy my problems soley on nutritional intervention but this didn't last long. I relapsed 2 years later. I had to practice SR 3x per day for 30 minutes in order to catch up to where I was. If I was on vacation, I would sometimes to id 4x per day. To this day, I don't know if the extra time actually benefited me but I knew it couldn't hurt. Now, 6 years later, I don't worry, I don't have anxiety attacks and I am completely normal. Also, out patterns of thinking get us in trouble when it comes to projecting a "hyochondriatic" personality. Once we get into a negative thought pattern, it is all too easy to stay there. After living like this for years as many people do, reversing this seems impossible but I assure you it is not. To help you with your emotional self, I would suggest you go to http://www.emofree.com/ and read about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). This may give you that edge that you need to keep up with your SR and any diet changes that would help you. In general, if you are eating whole foods, a fair amount of protein and more omega-3 fats from fish, grass-fed beef and vegetables, as well, as the SR, EFT and whatever exercise you can tolerate, you are doing just about all that you can do to remain healthy. The only part of you that is "sick" is your thinking. :-) You will get there. one step at a time.

Thanks, HY.

What a wonderfully descriptive testimonial of exactly what Nancy needs to do first. THEN, if there are any symptoms left, they can more easily be dealt with.

I am afraid that Nancy is still looking for some one else to, somehow, do this for her and THAT is not going to work.

I have made it painfully clear what one has to do to certify their SR as effective and she still asks how to do that. I do not know what else I can offer her.

I hope she will take your suggestions to heart.

Namaste`

Thanks Walt,

You can lead a horse to water,.............but,...well that's about it as you know! I always HOPE to make a breakthrough in people but it doesn't always happen. However, I will continue to make as many dents as possible

Thanks, HY.

100 of us making just one breakthrough a day, if those breakthroughs will share their experiences with 10 others, would soon change things for the better!

Namaste` fellow plugger.

Walt
