I'm still fussing around adding the H-G supplements. I first added pantothenic acid, then vit A, with no problem. Tried Vit E for a week and had terrible indigestion, just can't tolerate it. I even tried a different brand, the dry kind, then the oily kind. Do H-G not need vit E as much as the others?
Well anyway, I can't find any CHELATED minerals. May I ask what kind you use?
My last question is what is inositol and choline, and what do they do?
Hope you can help as I'm kind of stuck on vit A and B5.

I personally use TwinLab brand for my niacinamide, pantothenoic acid, B-12, and choline/inositol combination. Don't get hung up on the need for them to be chelated.
Choline/inositol are a couple of nutrients that are found primarily in meats (especially organ meats). It is not a surprise to me that Dr. Wiley found these nutrients assisted most H-G metabolic types.
I don't take any Vitamin E either since all the natural varieties are derived from soy -- something that I am personally allergic. I feel I get adequate E from my meat rich diet.
