I haven't done the elimination diet, but there's no doubt I'm an Agriculturist. I was rather irked at the total elimination of nuts from that diet and just decided -- too bad -- I'm eating them anyway. For the past 9 days I happen to not eat any nuts, I've only had fruit and veggies. Well, I just had some pecans and almonds and you know what? --- they didn't taste very good! I really didn't enjoy them and the taste just didn't feel "right" to me. They seemed kind of heavy. Interesting.

A lot of this depends on just how EXTREME an Agriculturist that you are.
I think that you would find that you could tolerate some nuts at the end of one of your Agriculturist meals (especially the evening meal).
Nuts as a snack would unfortunately be out for an EXTREME Agriculturist.
Thanks for sharing your experience.
