ROBERT,Well an interesting couple of days, day 1(monday)i found myself craving something?not quite sure what, probably grains, generally felt pretty down and cranky, woke up during night with headache(unusual for me)noticed day 2
i felt actually pretty good, apart from being alittle constipated,i did not use the mag citrate as suggested the ist night,i could not find any that did not contain some undesirable ingredients,i know i am probably being overly
cautious BUT too many previous downfalls!.well day 3 finds me feeling very good! some of the foods on the diet i can feel(carrots ,fish, pears)but ifeel suprisingly grounded &
relaxed ,i have been eating fish with every meal and would willingly eat this diet indefintely if i could continue to feel balanced,so other than being constipated i feel OK!

You don't need to take the magnesium citrate, but it does make the withdrawl period shorter and makes clearing faster. It also helps with the constipation that you are having now. Not to worry. These things should settle out during the next couple of days.
Since you didn't take the citrate I'd want to give you at least 6 days on the safe foods before you start your 'testing phase'.
Thanks for sharing your experience (so far). I think that you'll find that it's only BEGINNING to get interesting.....
