I would like to add sea vegetables to my diet as you suggested. Which ones do you eat and how do you prepare them. After staring at a jar of sea pickles for 20 min, I finally decided on dulse flakes (No soaking, no cutting, no rinsing). I don't know how much to take (a tsp?) I guess I'll just sprinkle them.
