Most food allergies will yield a 'hyper-acute response' within 45 minutes after their ingestion. The symptoms are usually the prominent re-occurance of whatever symptoms you were having prior to 'clearing'. Headache and fatigue as well as sinus congestion, aching joints or muscles or stomach distress are not uncommon.
