Dr. Stoll, Robert

I have read a few articles here about "alkaselzer gold".
But haven't quite figured out what or how this may help.
First guess would be to help fight "over acid" condition?
Any info.suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Is it available a local _rugstore? [I don't like that word]

Many Thanks

Steve

Dear Steve,

I am not sure that ANYONE is certain why it works (or why it works so fast), however, I have personally & professionaly observed that it does.

The best theory I know of says that these hypersensitivity reactions are always associated with an acidification of the blood and that the ASG is the fastest way to reverse this.

It is available in any drugstore but, since it is less expensive than the complex formulas of combinations, many stores do not carry it. They will order you a box &, if you are going to use this for an antidote for reactions you could easily USE a box.

It is not recommended that people would just not worry about changing their diet & just take ASG whenever they feel bad. That is not healthy either.

OK, I can understand that. Next week I start "skilled
relaxation", can one take this till the LGS is reversed,
six months or so?
Thanks so much for your input and guidence.

Getting there,

Steve

Dear Steve,

Yes.

Be sure that your skilled realxation is reliably producing the "relaxation response" and do it at least twice a day. Your LGS will be gone within 6-12 months. THEN, you MAY have to deal with the complications of having the LGS for so long. It will be much easier then, than trying to deal with them now.

Walt
