Q about bruising (archives, still a q about bioflavinoids)

OK I've been bruising in the past three weeks or so that I notice...I
can't really remember why I would be.....I have about (at any given
time) 3 bruises on my legs total.

So, in the archives it says bioflavinoids... would a multi with C
suffice? And it says to continue this always - so this is a deficiency
that is never regulating??

I'm confused! Also, if it is three weeks or so and only three bruises
that I don't recall, is this in fact, the correct protocol? I do eat quite
healthy. I've cut back dramatically on drinking OJ but that has been
since February....(high sugar)

Michele,

You are going to need a few "gremlin traps" to put around your bed at night -- you know, to catch the ones that are beating up your legs as you sleep.

You can only get enough bioflavinoids to stop this by buying them separately. I have detailed how much you might need in the archives about bruising.

Let us know how you do. If you catch any gremlins let us know about that, too. :o)

Funny as my dog DOES look like a gremlin and she is invasive and
hogs the bed!

Thanks, Michele.

Could be but if that is your cause, why now--unless you just got the dog.

I moved furniture on mothers day...maybe from me leaning and using
my legs for strength. ???

Michele,

If these are minor injuries, that were not normally causing bruising in the past, it would still be a good idea to give the bioflavinoids a therapeutic trial for about 6 months to see if minor injuries no longer caused bruising.

Remember that, IF you are becoming more susceptible to bruising, the same thing is happening throughout your body--not just where you can see it.
