OK I've been bruising in the past three weeks or so that I notice...I
can't really remember why I would be.....I have about (at any given
time) 3 bruises on my legs total.
So, in the archives it says bioflavinoids... would a multi with C
suffice? And it says to continue this always - so this is a deficiency
that is never regulating??
I'm confused! Also, if it is three weeks or so and only three bruises
that I don't recall, is this in fact, the correct protocol? I do eat quite
healthy. I've cut back dramatically on drinking OJ but that has been
since February....(high sugar)
