Recapture Your Health!!!

This book is so great!! It has answered so many of my small questions that I didn't even know I had, and I found out a lot of information that I know will help me to be healthier. There are some things that even the people that are on this (and other health boards) everyday, aren't clear on. If you haven't ordered yet, do it now, you won't be sorry.
