Hello again!
Before I bug everyone I just want to say thank you to everyone for their reccomendations on my anxiety, breathing problems. I started taking B Complex and Magnesium yesterday and immediately began to feel better! I am feeling about 70 percent better already! This after over one month of being in a CONSTANT fight or flight stage that I have never experienced before! I can not believe I have found relief in simple over the counter vitamins! Needless to say I am thrilled and looking forward to a complete new healthier way of life that will include, better eating, yoga, excersise, vitamins and Stress Relief. I am so thrilled to have found this board and the wonderful people on it.
Now, about my Father, I have looked up his symptoms on here but still find myself with some unanswered questions after looking through the archives so here goes..
He suffers from severe psoriosis. That is his main complaint. He also suffers from charlie horses and everyone knows what they feel like. The other thing is his arm, it was hurting him for a while, a doctor operated on it, saying it was torn ligaments, it's been several months since the operation and his arm hurts just as much as before the operation. I found the archives on the connection between psorosis and LGS and Candida but did not find much information on how to cure LGS and Candida (besides SR) So I'll recommend the diatary changes I did find and the essential oils for the psorisis, but any suggestions on curing the LGS besides stress relief? And, I did not find any information on the charlie horses and his painful arm, (is that classified as muscle cramp or something else anyway?) What supplements are used for charlie horses and pain in the arm? Sorry for being such a pest, I got so excited over taking the advice on here and improving my health so quickly, that I told my father about it and he got just as excited and sent me over here with a list of questions for his ailments ROFL.

Thanks, Gianna.
One of the truisms of this holistic approach is that the thing the person most needs to do is usually the last thing they WILL do. Reading between the lines tells me that you know your dad will not learn and practice SR. Am I wrong?
All of his symptoms and problems are directly or indirectly due to bracing and the only thing I know that will permanently stop that is SR. Look at the bracing archives since there are some other options for initial relief.
In the meantime, the EFAs on the home page will seriously help his psoriasis.
This will get him started. Let us know how he does.

Thank you Dr. Stoll.
And yes, LOL you read between the lines correctly. I just can't picture him doing SR but I'll tell him how to do it and how much its working for me and see if he'll do it. It's his body and his choice! I'm getting the info for him, it's up to him what he does with it right? :) Funny his problem has to do with Bracing, that is also my problem, guess were just a family of Bracers LOL.
P.S. been reading your book, very interesting suggestions in there, well worth the money as it's very informative.
