I am an 18 year old female and when I was 14 I had surgery to correct a herniated disc. I had had back pain for a year before the doctors found out it was herniated. I also found out I had an extra vertebrae. After the surgery my back pain went away, but about six months later the pain came back worse than ever. I am now going to a back doctor in Bakersfield and he told me that the extra vertebrae is sitting on my tailbone and is cauing mechanical pain. The doctor that did my surgery told me that I would have to have the discs fussed and this new doctor I am seeing told me that I would have to wait until I am older to have the surgery but I can't wait until then. I am in so much pain that it causes me not to sleep at night and I can't lift anything and my family treats me like I am a crippled person and I'm only 18. If it wasn't for my family and God I wouldn't want to live.

Hi, Jordan.
What have you learned from the spinal archives or the bracing archives?
This is something YOU have to do. You cannot just throw yourself on the mercies of the conventional medical monopoly.
Let us know what you learn.
