Hi, Maria.

Anything from bracing to TMJ (also caused by bracing), cervical spine subluxations (also caused by bracing), plagiocephaly (also at least aggravated by bracing) can cause this.

Use the glossary for any unfamiliar terms and the archives to learn more.

Vertigo that comes and goes is always curable but she will have to learn (and practice) stuff to get rid of it.

Walt

Hi,

My father suffered from bouts of vertigo. Unfortunately, no-one realised at the time that this was a direct result of stress. He eventually died of cancer, which I believe was also a direct result of stress. Now I know why he had vertigo. I wish I had known then.

I suffer from vertigo or Meniere's disease. It is fluid in the inner ear. It makes you the sicker than anything I can imagine. Dairy products for one thing can make it worse or anything containing these products.
