My right nipple seems to be a bit swollen underneath it(are they glands?) I can remember something like this about 15-20 years ago (I'm 35)and I remember it happening with others in the past. Anyone know what it might be?

I would get this checked out right away especially if there is anything coming out of it. It's probably fine but it could need attention.

Could you have a mastitis infection? I've had it twice, once it was red, sore and a bit visually swollen on the nipple. The other time, I thought I was going to die. My friend even had it once a full year after she finished breastfeeding.

Hi, Thomas.
Gynecomastia.
This is pretty common in children and adolescents but not at your age. Get it checked and watched.
Let us know what you learn.
