knot on my leg

I have a knot on my leg that i am able to move around before I got it I kept getting hit in the same spot when skateboarding Its been there for a few weeks now and im wondering what it is and how to get rid of it.
Please tell me. Thanx a lot,

Hik Jason.

This is exactly the kind of recurrent injury that eventually ends up with a calcium deposit in the muscle. It may not be too late to prevent that IF you will get a hard shell protector to wear over the area whenever you skate. IF it is going to go away it will take at least a year. If you keep hitting it it will affect you all your life.

ANY skateboard place will have hard protectors, for many parts of the body, with the elastic put them on and off easily.
