Hi, I posted earlier looking for a good chewable calcium/magnesium supplement for children. Someone mentioned Tums but then Walt replied that was no good because it can't be absorbed, but didn't say what IS good. How about that chocolate chewy calcium they've made for women? I think it is called Viactiv...
Please advice as to what I should look for and how many mg for children per day. Need it to taste good so sugar added is OK until they can swallow pills. Thank you!

I have found chewable calcium at the holestic/nutrition
vitamen shops. Work for my kids. They have mint, and choclate flavored. I'm not sure what Dr. Stoll will hav to say on this one.

Hi, Barb.
I have no better suggestions. Just read the fine print and be sure that there are no alkalinizing ingredients & that the stuff you want them to absorb is in a form like aspartate, glyginate or orotate.
