Dear Doctor Stoll,
I have a sometimes painfull bone spur on the point of my elbow. The spur is visually obvious to me, causing my elbow to have a sharp point, whereas the other is rounded. The elbow gives me trouble if I lean on it, and when I do sports like cross-country skiing, mountain biking, or if I try to do pushups. The first doctor I went to said it was a bursitis and gave me about five boxes of free anti-inflammitory. The drug seemed to make some pain go away, but had no effect on the growth, and pain returned when I stopped taking the drugs. Next I went to a Sports Doctor, and he said I had a bone spur and that the only treatment was an operation to shave the bone down. I am averse to any operations and I am hoping you may know other other ways to treat bone spurs. Many thanks. p.s. I am 33 years old and generally healthy.

Hi, Daniel.
See the archives about Calcium Deposits. The new ultrasound method of dealing with all calcium deposits without surgery is there. The technology has been proven with 20+ years of success with kidney stones but surgeons are dragging their feet about this non-surgical advance.'
Let us know how you do.
