I found some useful advice at http://www.meltdown.com/calcium.html about changes to diet needed and found I was eating all of the things recommended NOT to eat. I hope this helps. If I find more, I will let you know. My problem has been spurs under heel, and 2 bumps of calcium on the heels, which don't hurt but look unsightly.

These kind of deposits (especially wheh they start under the eyes) are due to an imbalance of the minerals in your body. The causes of this are too different for me to have any idea of YOURS with this amount of information.
